My activities are my interests! Most of all I love raising my two boys with my husband. With that in mind, I go about all my other interests in such a was as to include their energy to make what I'm doing even more fun. There are a few things I love: I love reading, writing, playing. I love fitness training (myself and others) and have been doing so for more than 26 years! I love martial arts (Blue Belt in Krav Maga) I love teaching (new coaches, new writers, small business owners, etc.) I love exploring outside spaces. I love making new friends and connecting with old friends. I love what I do everyday.
